The LPN Progression Program at Owens Community College

About the College: Founded in 1965, Owens Community College, Toledo is a public community college that offers more than 70 academic programs and certificates. The LPN program in this institute is designed to ready the students for nursing job roles in diverse healthcare settings. It is situated near Interstate-75 at Exit 198 just five minutes from downtown Toledo.

 

About the Program: The LPN Progression Program by Owens Community College is accredited by ACEN and approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing. ‘C’ grade or better at high school level biology and chemistry is a primary requisite to get admitted into this program. The course duration is for 2.5 years, and it is spread over three semesters. As a student, you would gain access to a state-of-the-art high-fidelity simulation lab. The aim of this program is to arm you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to make clinical judgments pertaining to your nursing profession.
