Treat others right

Treat people with respect not only when you are with dealing them face to face but also behind their back. You would soon notice that your reputation precedes you, and people vouch for your integrity.

Cordial to core

Focus on your specific characteristic strengths and anecdotes. Weave it in your persona, relationships, and behavior with others. People would automatically associate these traits with you, and your charm factor would increase manifolds.

Confidence to connect

Be confident without being cocky. Get out of your shell and converse with strangers. Be the first one to greet others. Ignore the shades of ignorance and arrogance in people while being conscious of not being a pushover. By being assertive and proactive, you would build a powerful persona.
